Our processes are 100% to benefit the policyholder. We understand the trauma that comes with an unforeseen disaster situation. Our sole job is to make the lives of our clients better, alleviate stress and restore normalcy.

Professionalism

Our approach to restoration is integrative. Our team is well‐trained, highly skilled and very personable. Intervention by DRI‐FIRST shows you the humane part of our business. Without compromising the quality of our work‐professionalism we put our customers first in all aspects of the process.

Urgency

As a business that caters to disaster response, we know the value of time. We understand the impact just a second of delay can have; therefore, we make urgency the most important part of our business.

Health and safety cautious

Like many of you, there are concerns around the spread of COVID‐19. Guided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, we take steps to help protect our staff and you to reduce the spread of the virus. We’ve reinforced and increased expectations for employee hand‐washing and sanitizing practices.

WHAT WE MITIGATE

  • Fire outbreaks

Quite a number of things can cause incidents of fire. From tiny electric sparks to wildfires, we make a strenuous effort to salvage items that remain when a fire is put out. We take charge of assessing and evaluating all things that can be restored to functioning capacity under our restoration services.

  • Flooding

Flooding incidents are often extensive in reach, which means they can damage a lot of items. However, unlike fire outbreaks, items are usually not destroyed in cases of flooding. Our experts inspect every affected piece for an optimal restore/replace scale before subjecting salvageable items to our unique restoration processes.

  • Storm

Storms occur in different shades; hurricanes, tornadoes, windstorms, sandstorms, and a couple of other natural disasters fall under this category. These incidents pose the most threat to structures and solid interior-use items. However, rest assured that our restoration services take care of any damages done to structures, soft goods, and electronics.

  • Artificial destruction

Sometimes, the damage isn’t caused by an element of nature but by human hands. Cases of vandalization, abandonment, weakened structure integrity, and others all need the care of restoration workers. We are at your beck and call for any such services.

WHO WE WORK WITH

DRI‐FIRST Restoration Services tend to the needs
of all stakeholders in cases of damage.

  • Policyholders

Our services are made to serve policyholders directly affected by a disastrous occurrence. We listen to policyholder needs, and we offer professional care in handling every situation.

  • Business owners

When commercial or industrial establishments are affected by a disaster, the impact level is beyond damages to properties and equipment; downlines in business like daily profit margin, production, and customer satisfaction are also affected. Therefore, our approach is to jump into action to mitigate losses and get the business back up and running.

  • Insurance Professionals and Adjusters

Adjusters and other insurance professionals are almost always part of restoration processes. They are concerned with processing claims and ensuring all activities are conducted in line with policy documents. We understand the importance of this and therefore make all documentation easy and accurate.

  • Contractors

Independent contractors whose services have been solicited to work on different areas of a damaged property all need to work together to deliver a wholesome restoration. Our team at Dri-first restoration is professionally trained to collaborate with other contractors as need be.
